What a fun place!! We have driven down from Mililani twice to enjoy the vibe at Waikiki Food Hall. The service is great! We enjoyed 6.00 MaiTai's and 5.00 beers. The food was served quickly and delicious. We ordered the Oklahoma Hamburger and All American hamburger and both absolutely great. They weren't too big or small. The service was also great. The bartenders were polite and attentive. The live band played great Hawaiian music to make it real. However, I heard rumors that the place might be closing down.. I hope this isn't true because it's a wonderful place to eat, drink and relax.

We ate for 2 for under $50 with cocktails! That's a hard find on the strip. There are multiple restaurants in the food hall. It's located on the 3rd floor of the shopping center. We tried Potama, Burger Wiki Wiki, and Five Star Shrimp. I was really impressed by Potama, for $5 this is definitely a bang for your buck type of meal! The seaweed one had a sweet and savory umami flavor that I loved. The garlic shrimp was amazing and for only $15.5 you really can't beat the price. There are other restaurants in the food hall so I'll definitely be back before the end of my trip.

Tucked away in the Royal Hawai'i centers 3 floor building C, you'll find this little hidden gem. Waikiki Food Hall has a great vibe where friends and family can just enjoy foods of all sorts. The overall decor is laid back retro vibe with a foosball table, table top bar and lounge area. Food here was great and I do have to give my hats off to Meataly boys for their tender yakiniku meat having so much flavor. Soft spoken workers who warm up to you and willing to explain the seasoning so thank you! Cheeseburger wiki wiki takes the number 2 spot for me. SMASH BURGERS are the most flavorful and these burgers were set in between two toasty buns. Not overly greasy and definitely not unflavorful. Little Italy: meats imported from Italy?!?! It's like my tummy passport was stamped. During covid charcuterie boards were my jam and wish I knew this place during that era. Freshly sliced meats paired so well with the fresh cheeses. Wish I took a whole wheel home with me. Definitely would go back for more. Pork tamago, I don't normally like spam musubis but wow! I was impressed. This slightly seasoned open faced onigiri had me questioning why I don't season my spam with this sauce. Slightly sweet and yet salty with that crunch of nori. And the egg was a nice touch of slightly buttered goodness. Five star shrimp was okay. Nothing super fancy when it comes to butter garlic shrimp and it's honestly so hard to be impressed with this dish as it's a dish you're able to get at a lot of places. I was definitely bummed out that I couldn't try Milk bc my sweet tooth was crying for missing out.

Waikiki Food Hall is one of the food halls one can find at the Royal Hawaiian Center. Currently the have eight vendors that range from coffee to pizza to garlic shrimp to dessert. They say here you can enjoy the "catch of Hawaii;" which would totally make sense considering the variety of vendors. On the night we visited; they also had some live entertainment happening. It was definitely nice to hear live Hawaiian music while dining. It was also nice to be able to try a variety of different food (We got food from the Meataly Boys which specializes in Hawaiian dishes and Potato which specializes in Okinawa "spam and egg onigiri." Overall nice, small food hall for good food at the Royal Hawaiian Center.

Waikiki Brewing Company has been successful in recent years with many expansions. Owned by the same company behind Cheeseburger in Paradise, they have taken over the bar counter area in Waikiki Food Hall. Located on the Diamond Head of the Royal Hawaiian Center on the third floor, it's an easy place to walk to and stop for a beer. They have expanded the bar area with lots of high top seating. You can also get your beer to enjoy anywhere in Waikiki Food Hall - you aren't limited to just their food. All beers are $5 and available by the pitcher; you get a choice of glass or plastic cups. They also have cocktails/liquor and a food menu. As this is a smaller location, there are just a handful of their core beers available - four selections as of this writing: Hana Hou Hefe, Craft Light, Aloha Spirit Blonde, and Skinny Jeans IPA. The bartender was super friendly and quick to serve, even with a big group of people. I could see this place getting busy on a weekend night. One issue that I hope they correct quickly - my first beer had a noticeable off flavor caused by either dirty draft lines or sanitizer improperly flushed out. For a brewery, neither is a good first look. Thankfully the bartender honored a quick replacement, which did not have the issue. For reasonably priced local beer, this is a great spot to stop on your Waikiki adventure.

A hidden gem! I didn't even know this place existed! Such a great little food court that has a bit of everything! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping center it gives a uniquely Hawaiian vibe. It honestly felt like a tree house! Located in the Royal Hawaiian shopping center 3rd floor. Validation too! They have everything thing from burgers, shrimp, Japanese milk ice cream to curry, onigiri and more! Today I went in the afternoon for a Charcuterie board and a glass of wine! Yes! Early relaxation on a Sunday afternoon. The meats were delicious, the mozzarella knot fresh! So good. Prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, and a bologna like meat. They have a central order place for all shops. A fooseball table and even a selfie wall!
